We each have our own unique stories. Our story + Jesus is what tangible Jesus is all about. So let me introduce myself...
I'm Shannon. Married to Will. A health care professional with a servants heart and a big personality. We live in a 1960's ranch style home that belonged to his grandparents in East Texas. We're some serious sentimental people, so we love living in such a special place where we can celebrate old memories while making new ones with our growing family. We have four small children five years old and younger. I'm an introvert passionate about community and a homeschooling mom who loves to cook, read and drink coffee. Lots. Of. Coffee. Truthfully, I'm just an ordinary mama deep in the trenches of motherhood and life who loves an extraordinary God. On the blog, I'll be sharing my adventures in motherhood, homeschooling and simple tidbits I've learned along the way that have helped me manage my little family of six. But what truly makes my heart sing is being able to share how God reveals Himself in the everyday ordinary moments of life. I want people to experience Jesus who transcends scripture and transforms lives. Above all, I want to be a good steward of the story God has given me. My heart is to share the redemptive work He is doing in my life...the good, the bad, and yes even the ugly. But I also want to tell of his goodness and faithfulness along the way. Life is hard and motherhood is really hard. I have so much more to learn about the Lord and about life. I certainly don't have it all together but I do have Jesus.
